National Forum: “Residency, CFC, and Tax Filing for 2025”

⚡️On April 16, Kyiv will host the National Q&A Forum, entirely dedicated to residency, KIK, and reporting.

This is not a lecture, but a large-scale “question-and-answer” session for investors and owners of foreign businesses.  Svitlana Moroz—managing partner at the global law firm Dictum (Kyiv, Istanbul, Antalya)—will be a speaker on the Q&A panels, where we’ll break down the two hottest topics:

📍 Residency determination algorithms: exactly where you need to file reports and how to correctly change the CFC controller status to avoid “double” claims from different countries.

📍 CFC reporting practices: how to fill out forms and prepare financial statements for companies in different jurisdictions without errors.

Come join us to get answers to your questions in person. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss your specific case in person.

☝️🌍🔥 But that’s not all!!!

Svitlana will share 👉

🔻Case law: “Which ties to the center of vital interests are more ‘substantial’: economic or personal, and what are the tests for assessing the ‘closeness’ of those ties? What ties to Ukraine does the State Tax Service consider sufficient to recognize someone as a resident of Ukraine?”

🔻Reporting in Turkey: how auditors of Turkish CFCs should handle it.

We’ve been working with CFCs since 2022; it’s already 2026, so we’ve been dealing with CFC issues for 4 years.

It seems that after 4 years, everything should have become clear.

But no. And the legislature isn’t helping us dot the i’s; the State Tax Service is churning out individual tax rulings that contradict one another.

So how should we handle ambiguous situations? How do we find answers to conflicting questions? How do we solve these problems? How should we handle certain facts?

We’ll figure it out on April 16, when top practitioners—tax consultants and members of the International Advisers Association—will come together

📅 When: April 16, 2026, 1:30 PM – 8:45
PM
📍 Where: Kyiv, 1G Saksahanskoho St. (CAMPUS COMMUNITY Hall)
